At Brittany Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

• You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used cosmetic products

• Personal care items

• Gift cards

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• You will be notified of the approval status

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
