Order Processing
All orders are processed as quickly as possible after being placed.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
- Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail tracked delivery services
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped
We aim to dispatch all products promptly, however processing times may vary during busy periods such as promotions or holidays.
UK Delivery
- Delivery is available across mainland UK and Northern Ireland
- Free UK delivery is available on orders over £20
- All orders are shipped via Royal Mail with tracking available
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, Royal Mail may:
- Attempt redelivery
- Leave your parcel at a local collection point
International Shipping
We aim to expand our shipping options globally. Delivery availability may vary depending on location and logistics partners.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- A tracking number (where applicable)
You can track your parcel directly via Royal Mail.
Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been successfully delivered to your address (or a designated recipient), responsibility for the goods transfers to you.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order.
28-Day Return Guarantee
You have the right to return your order within 28 days of receiving your items, even if they are not faulty.
- No reason is required for returns
- Applies from the day you receive your final item
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us
- Products should be in original condition and packaging
- Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit
We strongly recommend using the original packaging and retaining proof of postage.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Products made to your specification (custom items)
- Sealed products that have been opened (for hygiene reasons)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods
Please note:
- Original delivery costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- You must report the issue within 28 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and clear photos
If confirmed, we will:
- Offer a replacement at no extra cost
- Or provide a full refund
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support
- If already shipped, items must be returned according to this policy
