branded cosmetic makeup products (“Product”). The Product(s) sold on the website BRITTANY
COSMETICS Online Makeup Boutique will be provided to you by BRITTANY COSMETICS LTD
(“We, Us, Our”). Our registered address is 12 Chapel Road, Ilford, Essex, England, IG1 2AG.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are the Terms on which We market the Products to you.

purchasing any Product(s), you agree with the Terms written.

Your Order constitutes an offer to Us to buy the Product. Please be aware that all Orders are
subject to availability. After placing an Order, you will automatically receive an email
acknowledging receipt of your Order. Note that the contract for purchase of the product is
established when you receive the email.

granted all necessary licences to use the same.
3.3.2 The use of the Site and its Contents grants you no rights in relation to the intellectual
property in the Site. You may not copy, duplicate, reproduce, modify, edit, republish, download,
post, broadcast, record, transmit, sell, exploit, or distribute any part of the Site or its Content

3.3.3 Subject to these Terms, We grant you a non-exclusive and revocable licence to use the Site

BRITTANY COSMETICS LTD. or its Products.
3.3.5 The purchase by you of the Products from the Site does not entitle you to alter the nature
of or repurpose the Product and resell the same. The resale of repurposed or altered Product(s)
the rights of BRITTANY COSMETICS.
3.3.6 Use of Our intellectual property other than permitted under this paragraph 3.3 may
infringe BRITTANY COSMETICS LTD. rights’ in the Site and We reserve on Our own behalf to
take necessary steps and rights for any appropriate legal actions to protect such rights.
Price and Payment
4.1 The price of a Product is the price stated on the Site at the time you place your Order except
in the case of errors. We put all Our effort to ensure that all prices on Our Site are accurate and
lack any errors. However, errors may still occur. If We discover an error in the price of a Product
you have ordered before a formation of contract betwixt Us in accordance with paragraph 2.2 of
these Terms We will inform you immediately and give you the option of reconfirming your
Order at the correct price or cancel it if you wish. If you cancel, no payments will be taken from
your card.
4.2 Please note that our price currency is in GBP (£) and is inclusive of UK Value Added Tax
(VAT). Delivery charges are not included in the Product price. The total cost of your Order
consists of the price of your Product(s) ordered alongside applicable delivery charges. This
varies depending on the delivery option you choose.
Delivery and Ownership
5.1 We accept Orders for delivery to mainland UK & Northern Ireland (excluding The Channel
Islands and the Republic of Ireland) only.
5.2 Our Products are dispatched using Royal Mail courier. Please note that every delivery come
with a Tracking ID, so you can track your parcel location at
https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/
In the event (or a person identified by you to receive delivery of the Product(s) on your behalf)
you are not available at the time of delivery – you will have the option to either arrange another
redelivery to your address or collect your parcel at a Royal Mail collection point.
The delivery costs are added to the total price of the Order at the checkout.
5.3 Our prioritisation is to dispatch the Product(s) to you as soon as possible after you place your
Order. If We are unable to dispatch the Product(s) within that time period We will inform you
immediately by email to let you know and to give you an estimated delivery date. In these
circumstances you have the right to either cancel the Product(s) and receive a full refund to the
original payment.
5.4 You will be informed by email when the parcel has been dispatched.
5.5 As soon as the Product is delivered to you (or a person identified by you to receive delivery of
the Product on your behalf), You solely are responsible for the Product(s) supplied to the
address You wished the Product(s) to be delivered to.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Us. If you are unsatisfied with the Product
in any way, contact Us at info@brittanycosmetics.co.uk as soon as possible.
Our legal obligations and limits on our liability to you
6.1 We accept liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by Us or Our employees.
6.2 You have certain rights under the law. Such include that We have the right to supply the
Product to you and that any Products supplied by Us will be of competent and satisfactory
quality as described. You have a number of legal remedies should we breach any of these rights.
Please be aware that nothing in these Terms is intended to affect these legal rights or other
rights to which you may also be entitled, for example to damages or performance.
6.3 If We breach these Terms We shall accept liability only for losses which are a reasonably
foreseeable consequence of such a breach, we will refund You the total value of the Order and
delivery costs incurred as such..
6.4 We do not take responsibility for:
6.4.1 Losses lacking Our fault
6.4.2 Losses having repercussions of damage or main loss and which aren’t reasonably
foreseeable by you and Us at the time of going into this agreement, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity.
General
7.1 If you breach these Terms written and We decided to take no action against you, We will still
be entitled to use Our rights and remedies in any other situation wherein you breach these
Terms.
7.2 If any part of these written Terms is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or
regulator, the other provisions ought to apply.
7.3 These Terms are not intended to give rights to anybody except You and Us.
7.4 Complaints and Disputes
We will do Our very best to resolve any disputes in relationship to these Terms written.
Furthermore, if you wish to take court proceedings against Us you must do so within the UK.
The laws vary in particular countries. If you live in England or Wales, the laws of England &
Wales apply. If you live in Scotland, Scottish law applies and so forth.
