Delivery and ownership

 

  1. We accept Orders for delivery to mainland UK & Northern Ireland (excluding The Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland) only.
  2. Our Products are dispatched using Royal Mail courier. Please note that every delivery come with a Tracking ID, so you can track your parcel location athttps://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/

In the event (or a person identified by you to receive delivery of the Product on your behalf) you are not available at the time of delivery – you will have the option to either arrange another redelivery to your address or collect your parcel at a Royal Mail collection point. 

The delivery costs are added to the total price of the Order at the checkout. 

  1. Our prioritisation is to dispatch the Product(s) to you as soon as possible after you place your Order. If We are unable to dispatch the Product(s) within that time period We will inform you immediately by email to let you know and to give you an estimated delivery date. In these circumstances you have the right to either cancel the Product(s) and receive a full refund to the original payment. 
  2. You will be informed by email when the parcel has been dispatched. 
  3. As soon as the Product is delivered to you (or a person identified by you to receive delivery of the Product on your behalf), You solely are responsible for the Product(s) supplied to your address You wished to be delivered to. 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Us. If you are unsatisfied with the Product in any way, contact Us at [email protected] as soon as possible. 

  1. Cancellation,Returns and Refunds

 BEFORE DISPATCH

If, for any reason, you wish to change or cancel your Order prior to the Product(s) having been dispatched you can either select the “cancel” option on your Amazon account by going into “My Account” and “Your orders”. Alternatively, you could send us an email to [email protected] stating your Order number/ID, name, contact details and Product name. Please note that you are not obliged to state any reason(s) should you want to cancel your Order(s) and demand a refund (if you have been charged). In the event that your Order has already been dispatched, please return your Order once received in accordance to Our Returns Policy down below.

AFTER DISPATCH

We hope that you will be delighted with your Order. However, if you wish to return the Product(s), you have the right to return your Order for a full refund within 28 days, without giving any reason whatsoever, even if the Product is not defective. Your rights are subject to the conditions listed below.

  1. Your cancellation period will expire after 28 days after the days on which you (or a person on behalf / indicated by you) acquire delivery of the Product(s). If your Order is in numerous consignments, the 28 days will count on the day if you (or somebody indicated / on behalf of you) receive delivery of the final Product(s). 

Your right to return your Order does not apply to goods:

  1. Made to your specification (i.e. customised)
  2. Where the good is sealed and/or unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons or health protection, if they become unsealed after delivery. 
  1. You must inform Us of your decision to cancel your Order by providing us Order ID, name etc. as stated above prior to the termination of the cancellation period. Feel free to inform Us by email [email protected], as it will help Us process your refund more swiftly. 
  2. You must return the Product(s) to Us without undue delay in any event within 14 days of informing Us with reference to your decision to cancel. 

4.You return the Product(s) in suitable packaging to ensure it reaches Us in robust condition. Moreover, in order for the Product(s) to reach Us in good condition in accordance to our Terms We strongly recommend you use the original packaging you received the Product(s) in due for return.

Please note, all refunds will be made in the original payment method used. 

FAULTY PRODUCTS

Any Product(s) We send you should meet its description on the Site and be fit for purpose. If, for any reason, a Product is faulty and inaccurately reflects the description written on the Site at the time you placed your Order, please contact Specialist Team immediately at [email protected] with your order number.

For faulty Products, We will refund the purchase price 

Please be aware that we do not refund any costs incurred by you in returning the Product in person.

For returning the Product(s). We recommend that the Product is returned to Us using one of the methods described below:

By Royal Mail to BRITTANY COSMETICS LTD 12 Chapel Road, Ilford, Essex, IG1 2AG.

We strongly advise you to retain the proof of postage. Please be informed that we must receive the Product(s) prior to refunding the original payment method used.

EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION

If you cancel your Order, we will reimburse you all payments through the original payment method, provided you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you won’t receive any fees as a result of such reimbursement. However, we do not refund any cost of deliveries should you want to return the Product(s). 

We will refund You without undue delay and no later than:

14 days counting from after the day We receive back the Products supplied to You
