What do I do if tracking says my package was delivered, but I never received it?

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We understand that you may receive damaged items due to transit. If a product is defective or damaged, this must be reported within 28 days counting on the day the final products reach the address you wish to be delivered to. If the product is deemed defective Brittany Cosmetics will replace the product at no additional charge to the customer. Please read Our Returns Policy under Our customer care section for more details.
Do you offer free samples?
We do not offer free samples at this time.
How do I cancel my order?
To serve you better, we will begin to process your order immediately after it has been submitted, and we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. If You wish to cancel your order, You must inform us 2 days starting from the day you submit your order. Please be aware that you are not obliged to state the reason for the cancellation. Alternatively, if you have ordered at Amazon, you can cancel the order by going to “My Account” and then “Your Orders”. In the event we have dispatched the Product(s) please return your Order once received in accordance to Our Returns Policy which can be found under our Customer Care section.
Does Brittany Cosmetics test on animals?
We absolutely do NOT test any of our products or any of the ingredients on animals, anywhere in the world. All cruelty-free.
